Today's Quote--"Time is the rider that breaks youth."--George Herbert
Ow. Typing hurts...grrr...managed to hurt my right wrist again somehow. Even wrapped up it's still bothering me. Had a moment of severe stress attack today...lucky me I had Ed here to help me out of it. Done with everything but my final Japanese paper (still wondering how I'm supposed to write a 5 page paper...) and my two actual finals. Whew...I should be relieved, but I'm not. Plus I've got 3 SOCCO concerts this weekend. Oy.
We were worried for a bit, but it looks like Ed may yet get a job at the MB dealership in Spokane...whew. Gotta keep up with the D's though. Is it Friday yet? *sigh*
Yes, J, host dad is weird and hard to figure out how to interact with. My solution? Smile, be pleasent, you know, if he's around feel free to say good night, or whatnot, but don't worry too much about it. And if any of you feel like you're not in the right level...well, ask to be put higher...or lower...but don't worry too much about it (hmmm...I think I've said that before), they adjust the classes to what the needs are for the people in them.
Happy Birthday S! I knew it was either the 6 or the 8, but got too swamped to send you love like I should have.
Don't worry ED...it's always hard to appreciate the moment, but knowing that you should, and trying, are the best first step. I'm still working on that!
I miss everyone so much! I nearly cried walking to dinner the other night, remembering meeting up with everyone at 6 to eat together. We need to hurry up and get back together. I miss ya'll too much. :( Ah, well, I guess I'll live. I've got Ed for distraction.
Is it wrong to want a "happily ever after"? Even if I know that it's not all sunshine and happy days? Simply that we'll be together and be able to work out and deal with whatever happens...together? Ah, well...that's what I want...a happily ever after.
And at some point I'll figure out how I'm going to contribute to all this. What about being an editor for a newspaper?
Hmmm...
"And then I'll be done" Soon...*sigh*
