Today's Quote--"Shallow men believe in luck, believe in circumstances -- it was somebody's name, or he happened to be there at the time, or it was so then, and another day would have been otherwise. Strong men believe in cause and effect."--Ralph Waldo Emerson

All right Universe. Throw what you want at me. I'm going to become eternally happy, no matter what. I am in control here, and you know what? I'm making this happen the way I want. Enough of this 'woe is me' bull shit. I will remain an optimist, I will chant more, and we will end up in the best place...and I've made up my mind where that is. So, no matter what you try to do to throw me off of this new path I've taken up, it's not gonna work. Better for you if you just give up now. I will survive this semseter, somehow, and he'll get that job up there. No question in my mind. This will be my actual proof for this year. I will challenge this incessent money karma. I will appreciate. But most of all...it'll be my way.

Now? Study for that midterm.
