Okay, here I am, at school in Sapporo. Typing on a Japanese computer is different! Kinda confusing. Anyway...my school email wont send things out, but I can read everything. Just fyi. Don't got a lot of time at the moment, so I'll try and keep this short.

Very busy, so I haven't got a whole lot of homesickness yet, but It's there! Had a lot of fun on the 2 week trip, but also a few challenges. It's a lot of walking! Yeah, I kinda screwed my feet up, so I'm working to make them better. Also trying not to get a cold...oy. Anyway, the other six BCA students are a trip and the 3 from Iowa are pretty cool (only met them yesterday), and the same for the guy from England (liverpool, no less), and the two girls from Korea and the graduate student guy from China don't speak english nearly at all (meet them today). Yeah, so there's a gaggle of us "gaijin" around. Working on getting used to the idea of living in Japan. It should be interesting. I don't know how often I'll be able to write here, but I'll try to keep everyone up to date.

We went all over Honshu to all kinds of famous temples and shrines (and a few to Disneyland). It's been interesting dealing with people, both Japanese and American. I'm so lucky that I love Japanese food and am willing to try anything. I'm trying out everything for J and S and A. I think they'll have a good time. This little excersion of my own is going to be difficult, but I'm ready for it...sorta. Oki doki...should be off. Feeling kinda puny and ready for a little nap.
