Yesterday was very busy, this moring a little crampy and busy, but I'm back for a few. Until the cramps start up again anyway. E's party is tonight and I'm very excited. Today's SOCCO rehearsal went well, though I'm not playing this concert. Kinda disappointing, but I'm living with it. Not much to be done about it anyway! If there were parts, I'd be playing them! This is my last concert for SOCCO for the year. I won't be around for the winter ones. Be in Japan. I wonder if I'll be able to play with a group there...I know none of the music terms in Japanese...though I guess since they all started out in Italian it shouldn't be too hard! Next week there's no plenary, but I've got two tests and a presentation in Japanese. Joy. So I have a lot I need to be studying right now...that I'm obviously not. Right, so anyway, I'm gonna go do something that's at least close to studying! See ya'll tomorrow...

Oh yeah, the quote for today fits my life at this moment. Feeling like I just got back from a vacation and things have gone downhill (OC Register put out another article on the school and it's worse crap than the first one. The reporters for the OC Register must not be very well trained, because they do their job like crap. Investigative report requires getting more than just quotes, it requires actual facts, and, oh yeah!, actually writing them into the article...and somebody may want to run them through spell check once or twice too. Sheesh!) sorry, small rant. But I'm not worring or panicing...it's just history in the making. No matter what, this music will keep on playing...on and on.
