Today's quote--"The Wheel of Time turns, and Ages come and pass, leaving memories that become legend. Legend fades to myth, and even myth is long forgotten when the Age that gave it birth comes again. In one Age, called the Third Age by some, an Age yet to come, an Age long past, a wind arose. The wind was not the beginning. There are neither beginnings nor endings to the turning of the Wheel of Time. But it was a beginning."--Robert Jordan
A long quote, I know, but fitting for a first day of term, first school day of a new year. Yes, yes, it's from the series I'm reading, and am desperately hooked on, of course. One of many.

Amazing, I was sitting here, trying to decide what to do, and that great old thought came up, "I should be doing my homework". I haven't heard that one in weeks! Getting back to the old routine of procrastinating is a wonderful thing...;) Anyway, the first day of classes was good, MX might be boring, but I'll survive, and now I've got to write essays and do presentations in Japanese. Why am I an overachiever? It's so painful! Dumb, dumb, dumb. LOL Okay, I must read some more...and maybe do some homework reading too. Though, I've discovered reading out-loud does wonders for my concentration and understanding, but kills the throat. Hmmm...
