This is me not doing my homework. *sigh* I have not been slacking off all day, but there is still a lot to do. Getting motivated to keep working all day is really hard. I'm not going on that hike on Sunday...I emailed them telling them I couldn't go. I don't know what else I shoulda done, 'cause they never gave us any info on stuff like that. They also say they'll not allow a person who doesn't show up to go on anything else in the future. Well, I forwarned them, it's not like I just didn't show up. Sure it's a holiday weekend so nobody's checking their emails, but I did make an effort. I don't know any other way to contact them. Mainly that whole thing is so that people who are on a waiting list can go if someone cancels, but I don't think there was a waiting list for this hike. Anyway, I can't go, too much work to do. I was feeling a little stressed knowing that I wouldn't have Sunday to work on stuff, so I feel better now that I'm not going. Hope they'll let me go again in the future. *sigh* I need to get to work, but I want to take a two hour break and watch a movie or something...okay, so, for the last hour I've been doing nothing. I'm lazy sometimes, but after going to dinner, I just haven't been motivated to get moving again. Oh well.

Saw two pretty rainbows today. That was nice. A campus on holiday is strange, there's an odd atmosphere and few people. It's always a relief when everyone comes back and things get back to normal. Except all those papers and presentations...Am I whining too much? Probably. I'll go try to get myself going, or something. *sigh*
